Salary : Selected candidates will get Basic Pay as follows:

Note : Apart from Basic pay, selected candidates will also get DA, HRA and CCA in a Metropolitan center. Allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting. In addition, quarter facility (in lieu of HRA, wherever provided),  conveyance, Medical Aid, LTC and retirement benefits are admissible as per rules of the Bank, in force from time to time.

Vacancy Details for Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Minimum Educational Qualification : Candidates should be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Desirable Qualification : Additional Degrees in CFA / MBA (Finance) / Certificate in Financial Risk Management from internationally acclaimed University /Associations like GARP will be desirable qualification.

Experience : Candidates should have 15 years of experience in overseeing financial operations preferably in accounting and taxation matters, in banks / large corporate / PSUs / FIs / Financial services organization of which 10 years should be in Banks / FIs (of which 5 years should be at Senior Management level).

Number of Post : The total number of post is 01 for Chief Finance Officer post.

Age : The candidate’s age should be between 40 and 55 years as on the date of application.

Salary : The salary of the selected candidates will be 25 lac per annum on CTC basis.

 

Vacancy Details for Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Minimum Educational Qualification : Candidates should be a Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institution.

Experience : Candidates should have mandatory 15 years of experience. He /she should have worked in Banking-IT related areas / projects involving IT Policy and Planning / Financial Networks and Applications / Financial   Information Systems / Cyber Security Technologies / Payment Technologies etc. of which 05 years should be at   Senior Management Level.

Number of Post : The total number of post is 01 for Chief Technical Officer post.

Age : The candidate’s age should be between 40 and 55 years as on the date of application.

Salary : The salary of the selected candidates will be 25 lac per annum on CTC basis.

 

Vacancy Details for Principal

Minimum Educational Qualification : Candidates should have Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Commerce from a recognized University / should be an Engineering Graduate. Candidates having MBA in Finance or Ph. D. will be given added advantage.

Experience : Candidates should have 10 years of experience in PSBs / reputed Private Banks / reputed Academic Institutes. Experience as faculty in Training establishment of Banks would be preferred.

Number of Post : The total number of post is 01 for Principal post.

Age : The candidate’s age should be between 40 and 55 years as on the date of application.

Salary : The salary of the selected candidates will be 15 lac per annum on CTC basis.

 

Selection Procedure Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2017 for CFO, CTO and Principal

Selection will be done on the basis of performance in the personal interview. A preliminary screening of application may be carried out by the Bank to shortlist eligible candidates to be called for interview. While short listing the candidates, additional qualification, greater experience and level of responsibilities handled may be considered. Thus, merely fulfilling minimum qualification and experience criteria would not automatically entitle a candidate for the interview.

Post Name : The name of the post is Manager (MMGS-II) Security Officer

Age : The minimum and maximum age of the candidates should be 25 and 40 years respectively.

Number of Posts : The total number of post for Security Officer post are 13 and the category wise division of posts are as follows:

  • For Unreserved – 09
  • For OBC – 03
  • For SC – 01

Salary : Selected candidates will get Scale of Pay in MMGS – II scale of Rs 31,705 – 1145/1-32,850 -1310/1045,950 as per revised scales.

Note : DA, HRA, CCA, Medical Aid, Hospitalisation expenses, Leave Fare concession etc and   perquisites like conveyance, Quarters, Furniture etc depending on the place of posting will be available as per rules.

Educational Qualification : Candidates should have done Graduation in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government.

Experience : Candidates should be an Officer with 05 years of commissioned Service in Army/Navy/Air Force and not below the rank of  Captain or equivalent or an officer not below the rank of Asst. Commandant in para Military Forces or police officer not below the rank of Asst. Superintendent of police/Dy. Superintendent of police with 05 years of experience.

At the time of retirement, candidate should have with EXEMPLARY character and the same should be mentioned in the discharge book.

 

Working knowledge of computer systems will be essential qualification which the candidate must either possess or acquire within 6 months from the date of joining the Bank.
